Val's father designed restaurants and commercial kitchens (the first Wendy’s, Bob Evans and Arthur Treacher’s were just a few of the many restaurants he designed).  He taught me about space, proportion and “time and motion” requirements in a good kitchen and dining area. The same principles apply in residential, just usually on a smaller scale. 

We also do kitchen remodels.  Remodeling a kitchen is often the simplest way of upgrading a home which is outdated.
